I know that about technicians don't care near your files/folders/history ect.Tbh my laptop works fine merely i desire to exist prepared if something goes wrong.I accept seen a video where yous can password protect your login and still you are able to acces the hdd folders/files via a bootable linux usb.I have documents,pictures,crypto ect on my laptop and i would feel uncomfortable handing my laptop or desktop to someone else.Lets say that pulling out the ssd/hdd isn't an selection,peculiarly on my laptop.So would it be enough to encrypt my whole storage so that even a expert technician couldn't acces my data?Lets say that the reason i am repairing my pc is a hardware failure and i cant prepare it... I have a portable encrypted hard drive.

I use it on my Windows x Pro desktop PC (10.0.17134 Build 17134), a Windows 10 laptop (unsure of build equally being used elsewhere by a colleague) and a Windows seven laptop.

I have *no* bug on either laptop. No error messages - EVEN IF the desktop has reported an error.

On the Windows 10 Pro desktop, I frequently get a message telling me that the recycle bin on the difficult drive is corrupted and asking if I desire to empty it.

I take tried:

Proverb "Yes" and emptying the hard bulldoze.

Deleting the recycle bin ($recycle.bin) on all drives from Windows Explorer.

Opening an elevated control prompt and deleting the recycle bin from all drives using rd /s /q C:\$Recycle.bin (and repeating for drives D, E, F and G).
